- It is not required Visa to USA in order to make investments in the Country but it is necessary to have a valid Passport as identity document. A valid US Visa will be necessary if you want to travel to USA.
- As you will be an investor in USA, an approval process will be performed and source of funds as well as personal information has to be shared. This information will be keep and filed in order to accomplish with USA laws about money laundering.

2. How much do I can invest in?
- You can invest from US$5,000 to the total investment amount of a specific project. For example, if the cost of building a house is US$200,000 this will be the limit of your investment on that property. But, you can choose another property to invest more money. After the limit is reached no one else can invest on that project.
- For every investment an independent company will be open and where investors will have a number of shares based on their invested amount. Following the previous example, if the total investment amount is US$200,000 and you invest US$40,000, you will owner of 20% of company which is also owner of the property. Once the house is finished and sold you will obtain until 10% of your investment as profit (net after taxes), the invested amount will be returned and your partnership on that company is finished.
